   Led the OCM workstream within a large-scale HR and Finance outsourcing initiative for a Global Security Provider. Coordinate and facilitate executive-level program reporting, track task requirements, and develop communications collateral for socializing project delivery outputs. Reported progress on the transition of more than 250+ FTEs and numerous tools, and services from the client to a new managed service provider while tracking progress on various IT for IT automation initiatives. In addition, I provided cross-functional project coordination with teams in India, Manila, Europe, Canada, and the U.S. to align internal stakeholders\' needs with evolving project requirements. Our team\'s delivery has included deploying a change agent network, redesigning SharePoint sites for information sharing, and stakeholder management. I manage a two-person OCM team and coordinate with six regional leads in Finance and HR to report service delivery outcomes.
