I am a Program Manager driven by the intersection of human-centric design and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building systems that serve people—a passion that began with a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University and has evolved into a career scaling complex global initiatives.After getting started in the running industry at Brooks Sports, I transitioned from Customer Service into HR and Recruiting. It was there that I discovered my affinity for the \"how\" behind the \"what.\" I realized that my strengths—organization, creativity, and efficiency—were the perfect fit for a career in Program Management, where I could implement impactful solutions at scale.I spent 6 years as a Program Manager for Google’s world-renowned internship program where I partnered with business leaders to deliver impactful, world-class experiences for thousands of students and their hosts. Today, I continue my work at Google within People Operations, currently focusing on AI Content Strategy to help deliver seamless, trusted, and personalized experiences to Googlers worldwide.Regardless of the project, my goal remains the same: to turn ambiguity into efficiency and create intuitive experiences that help people do their best work.
