About Emily Pham

My mission is to create positive impact in a sustainable and equitable manner, especially in organizational and supply chain management. When I learned that 100 corporations are responsible for 70% of global emissions, I knew that even minor changes in the right direction would have tangible and significant impact. My passion is sustainability, and I am most inspired when I am surrounded by those who continuously seek improvement and have the ability to tackle complex problems knowing that my work will benefit others. To me, the core principles of successful supply chain management and sustainability remain the same and one cannot thrive in a corporation without the other. Sustainability is a methodology, and supply chain carries the goals of such. My ultimate, longterm goal is to push the current bounds of the developing sustainability industry using my knowledge of data analytics and supply chain management to effectively bring forth a new and just status quo. Currently, I am in a rotational program at Medtronic called the Operations and Leadership Development program (OLDP). I will be completing three 8 month rotations in three different Medtronic locations and roles to gain holistic insight to supply chain.
