Scheduler and planner for the CDU rack and manifold production lines- Execute the following transactions in Oracle NetSuite on a daily basis: insert ship dates on sales orders to drive demand within 48 hrs of creation; create, edit, assembly build, and delete work orders; item fulfill sales orders- Independently run regular production status meetings with engineering, quality, logistics, warehouse, procurement, and production- Plan the arrival of material in accordance with the ship and build dates for sustaining projects; communicate the level of priority to warehouse and quality to set the expectation for receival and IQC (incoming quality control) turnaround times- Work with the procurement team to understand material ETAs and whether they align with the production build dates- Maximize production capacity when scheduling in orders- Complete understanding of the production build process from top level assembly to packing- Work with manufacturing engineering to determine material alternates and work instruction availability in FactoryLogix- Determine whether BOMs require deviations based upon product availability and quality concerns, consult with the appropriate group(s) of people to gain approval, and process the approved DRWs (deviation request wavier) within the work order- Submit justification for usage of material in quarantine for unique circumstances through a QTR (quarantine transfer request wavier) and process the approved document within the work order- Inform sales and the business development team on a daily basis of the status of their orders to keep customers informed- Serve as a backup resource to ensure quality control of sales orders and transfer orders to accurately drive demand- Act as a key driver in the production & scheduling dashboard initiative that is moving towards automating production scheduling- Created the work orders and systematically fulfilled the orders for the first units of the CHx200+ in November 2025
