Emily leads talent acquisition activities within RTI\'s Growth Division focused on international and domestic public and commercial sector clients. With RTI, has led talent acquisition teams of up to 15 Talent Acquisition Partners who lead recruitment for international projects and across human resources, finance and accounting; global technology solutions, and corporate communications. She has experience in analyzing talent markets and sourcing, employer branding, candidate experience, structured interview and selection processes, compensation and negotiation.Emily has a Bachelor\'s degree in International Affairs and a minor in French. Earlier experience includes managing international donor-funded proposal and project recruitment for education, health, and governance sectors.
