X-Team Fitness is an outdoor AND indoor fitness adventure, team oriented and habit forming program in Scotts Addition in Richmond. We get people fit in a fun and encouraging environment. Daily 1-hour workouts (6:00 AM, 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM) at our indoor location and in a variety of parks, trials, and tracks around town. All ages, fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome!Team members work together to help you succeed and reach your fitness goals. We work to push you harder than you ever would working out alone. We are goal and assessment oriented to help your fitness journey and avoid plateaus!
