   Design lead on complex products spanning the insurance (middle market, small business, workers compensation, auto, renters, and more), insuretech, home and renters space, AI and tech, and various other projects across the organization. Creates user-centered design solutions that feature ease of use, employ best-in-class interaction design, and optimize the user experience across all touchpoints- from web, mobile, e-mail, print, and more.Uses contemporary design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite to design products from early-stage ideation to final multi-product and consistently-branded experience. Creates brand voice with an eye towards beautiful and usable design, eye-catching and contemporary usage of color and type, and accessibility.Collaborates cross-departmentally with product managers, engineering, executive leadership, marketing, underwriting, legal, and customer service to ship designs that create smoothness across every part of the pipeline, from creation to deployment to customer to customer service.
