I am a bright, personable and motivated leader with more than 10 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement to secure opportunities for disadvantaged groups. I have exceptional networking & communication skills which I use to motivate those around me, I use innovation & creativity to solve problems and bring energy and positivity to every situation.I have most recently been working in Partnership Development and Programme management where my ability to communicate in writing verbally have been a real strength in influencing and persuading others to support a cause. I am able to find synergies in our work with other organisations which makes me effective in developing strong partnerships which benefit all parties involved. I specialise in monitoring and reporting, collating robust organisational data and feeding this back to funders, whilst also improving internal data to help us to be the most cost effective, efficient organisations who value real impact to beneficiaries above all else.I also believe wholeheartedly in happiness, wellbeing and generosity being an essential part of our working lives. I also believe that our society needs to develop more empathy for other people outside of our own \'type\'.
