I love the excitement of designing something from nothing and the challenge of finding solutions to problems. I am a natural learner driven by progressing in skillset and contributing to the personal growth and development of those around me. Within a team setting, my aim is to support and build up the values of the leader and the group by excelling in my areas of responsibility and delivering quality results. In my current role at DJ & A, I collaborate with a team of engineers in infrastructure design throughout the region, partnering with many federal agencies and national parks. I have experience in designing grading plans, utility design, Water Quality Management plans, Hydrology Studies, Tentative Map Development, hydrology/hydraulics, regional BMP design, green infrastructure, etc. My experiences in cross cultural settings and leadership development training opportunities have cultivated a personal vision of using my talents in engineering to benefit those around me.
