My passion is helping identify, research and create solutions that support education. Manage team of five product development researchers and ensure their work on the top strategic initiatives in Cengage Academic results in market ready, validated products through discovery, iterative product development, market differentiation and value, and validation research. Recruit, hire, and develop new Product Development Researchers when a role opens and works to reduce turnover in role by providing growth opportunities and professional development. Identify and allocate budget for research projects, and collaborate with senior leaders to understand research needs.
