Provide donor service by phone, email, and in-person- Plan all aspects of Friends events from inception through execution including orchestra open working rehearsals and member appreciation events- Draft and compile copy for member benefits emails, annual campaigns, mail and email renewals, stewardship materials, event invitations, and other projects as needed- Manage all ticketing and benefits fulfillment- Run reports, lists, extractions/segmentations, and suppressions in Tessitura CRM database- Collaborate on segmentation strategy- Provide administrative support for the department including submitting gifts and invoices for processing, tracking expenses, and reconciling budget- Strategize with Friends team on fundraising campaign themes and appeals as well as membership marketing and visibility.
