About Emily Lange

In my role as Internal Communications Manager supporting Core Merchandising at The Home Depot, I drive strategic amplification efforts aligned with product innovation, key event timing, and change management as well as execute hybrid events. Previously, I was a Corporate Communications Senior Specialist, dedicated to the Virtual Apron organization in all of their communications needs, from internal communications to meeting broadcasts. I previously held three positions on The Home Depot\'s Retail Media+ team. I served as a Senior Client Strategist where I helped our supplier partners grow their online business through our onsite and offsite advertising opportunities. Prior to that, I was a Client Strategy Specialist supporting existing and net-new supplier partners into the RM+ program. I began my THD corporate career as the Retail Media+ Coordinator, where I managed a prospecting email program that specializes in targeting net-new contacts for our supplier partners. I also supported our new business endeavors through creating an outreach program in partnership with THD\'s Supplier Collaboration team. I joined the Store Support Center\'s Integrated Media team after spending 2 years serving The Home Depot\'s customers in the aisles as an Appliances Specialty Sales Associate. I found my strengths to be engagement with our customers, selling protection plans, submitting leads, and taking care of our customers and their needs from kitchen, laundry, and bath designing to ensuring collaboration with vendors is done so thoroughly. I am a Kennesaw State University graduate with a degree in Public Relations. During my time at KSU, I completed a year abroad at the Technical University of Dortmund with the goal of enhancing my German language skills.
