Now pivoting back into direct selling to focus on what I do best — owning my pipeline, building relationships, and closing complex deals.Most recently, I led a 10-member AE team at Headway, where we hit 110%+ attainment and onboarded 1,500+ new providers in under a year — directly fueling the company’s mission to expand affordable access to mental healthcare. Prior to that, I scaled enterprise sales across North America at ClassPass and Mindbody, building deep partnerships with HR leaders and consistently driving over-quota results.While I’m proud of the impact I’ve made as a leader, I’ve realized my greatest strengths and fulfillment come from direct selling.
