Originate, project manage and facilitate the strategic design, development and execution of assigned programs and events, both virtual and in-person, on behalf of the enterprise sales organization. Scope of work includes project management and oversight, program/agenda design and development, participation on leadership of planning teams, executive/senior leader communications and budget oversight• Interact and partner with Enterprise leadership, sales leaders and senior management to drive the strategic development of program content and activities to assure program focus meets established business objectives• Work with internal meeting services, creative services, marketing, corporate communications and other business units as necessary to create and produce effective program deliverables• Develop, communicate, monitor and closely manage program budgets to assure best use and application of allocated budgets• Support continued development and tracking of ROI for all events through use of data and systems in order to ensure appropriate enterprise investments• Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of standard operating procedures, best practices and other tools and systems to enhance the work of the Business Event Management team and the broader organization, including identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced use of technology
