The Huntington Theatre venue encapsulates the 739 historic proscenium theatre, as well as a flexible black box space, both of which are used for Huntington Theatre Company productions as well as rented out to outside clients for a variety of events. As a member of the theatre management team, I-Manages financial tracking systems for building operations expenses, including invoice tracking, completion of accounting forms, and organizing expense records-Coordinates payment from income sources for the building, including rental payments from clients and income received from concessions-Maintains and distributes an accurate building calendar, encompassing various spaces within the venue ranging from performance spaces to office spaces-Aids in event research and planning to bring in new clients to rent the venue-Serves as house manager for performances and events, overseeing a front of house staff of up to 10 employees, as well as ensuring the safety and enjoyment of up to 750 guests-Assists with event setup and breakdown, as well as general building maintenance
