About Emily Harding
I am passionate about industrial-organizational psychology and creating workplaces where employees and organizations can thrive. I’m currently earning my Master’s in I/O Psychology at East Carolina University and working as a Graduate Assistant in the Learning & Organizational Development department. In this role, I help design onboarding programs, deliver professional development workshops, and track learning metrics, all while supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Psychology. During my time there, I worked as a Research Assistant in the Creative Ideas Lab, studying group creativity, decision-making, and organizational behavior. This gave me valuable experience in research and a better understanding of how teams and organizations work.I enjoy finding ways to improve workplace processes, support employee growth, and create strong, inclusive teams. I’m excited to connect with others who are passionate about building better workplace experiences.
