The DSX team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and marketing all aspects of the Qualtrics digital support ecosystem to empower customers to self-serve their product enablement needs. This includes the in-product support experience, the award-winning support ticketing portal, the award-winning support site, and the award-winning user community.
