ABOUT EMILY GLADSTONE
Highly motivated and diligent individual with 3 years’ experience as a Data Scientist. I have successfully started Data Science capabilities at Butternut Box, where I solo maintained a suite of predictive ML models. Working with Marketing teams, I helped developed greater understanding of the LTV of our customers and how we can leverage pLTV to optimise our spend and campaigning efforts. Alongside this I am heavily involved in running experiments, ensuring they have been analysed statistically, leveraging Looker to make this analysis easily accessible for PMs.
