I most recently focused my expertise in retail, designing and driving Best Buy\'s Retail Operating Model and Talent Acquisition strategies, and currently lead Organizational Design & Effectiveness for a truly innovative, large-scale transformation initiative at Elevance Health.Outside of work, I love taking interesting classes, tackling my around-the-world reading challenge and exploring the Twin Cities with my 2 amazing girls (4 and 2).
