   Customer Service- Manage clients for over 40 large-scale events annually. I am the main point of contact for owners, families, and dancers. I specialize in interpersonal communication to solve any concerns for clients- Handle upwards of 100+ individual registrations for each event; ensuring all required information is entered, scholarships and payments have been applied, and to pack each registrations necessary materials- Work on-site at event weekends as a member of the Registration Department. I troubleshoot and solve problems for clients and crew members.Event Management- Directly manage all ship-outs of event materials to our clients and venues. Also, handle inventory and order necessary materials across departments- Create and manage schedules for the event weekend- Working on-site, managing awards and scholarships, including setting up all awards ceremonies and ensuring they are executed correctly. I also necessary paperwork for all staff is prepared and available.Event Marketing- Helped manage and execute a large print, email, and social media marketing project to introduce 11 new cities to our tour- Researched potential new markets and provided the necessary data, allowing my directors to pick the best additions- Compiled contact information for hundreds of potential clients and helped select who receives print, email, and social media marketing tactics- Manage ongoing direct email communication and social media interactions with potential clients in various markets, leading to numerous new registrations for our upcoming season. Seven cities sold out within a month of registration opening, two of which were events in brand new markets.
