Oversee implementation and usage of Media Asset Management and Rights Management system. • Responsible for overseeing determination, negotiation, and completion of required third-party clearances (including, but not limited to, music publishing, union & guild, label) for the exploitation of OEG content and for OEG projects containing external content. • Act as subject matter specialist pertaining to talent union & guild. Provide support to senior leadership, talent and accounting departments related to interpreting, negotiating and ensuring compliance pursuant to collective bargaining agreements.
