ABOUT EMILY FISHKIN CACACE

I am a graduate from SUNY University at Buffalo. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communication. At University at Buffalo, I was an official note taker for my Sophomore and Junior year classes. During my last semester senior year I became a Teachers Assistant as well as a Research Assistant. My past internship experience includes interning at a boutique PR firm, working alongside a Publicist at an architecture interiors firm, as well as office work in a law firm. When I graduated I took on an internship position at a Financial Publication for the Life section in July, and after 2 months I became the sole Life contributor. My next career move lead me to Yelp in an ad- sales position as a Junior Account Executive. I started in the training role as Associate Account Executive Trainee, and moved through the ranks to Junior Account Executive. I then started work at The Makeup Show, a makeup trade show for professionals and students in the industry. My position at The Makeup Show was Social Media and Advertising Manager, where I planned out the advertisements for each show in each city, and post to all the social media accounts with over followers. I moved on from there to work at Arazoo as the Social Media Content, Marketing & Outreach Manager, where I planned all of social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, advertising, and more for the startup company. My current position is Marketing & Brand Manager at corporate interior design firm, MKDA. I was previously the Corporate Marketing Coordinator at MKDA for 2 years.
