I\'m a UX Design Manager with over a decade in the User Experience industry. I\'ve managed and overseen the work of UX Designers creating experiences in our Claims flow as well as (currently) how our customers and internal employees interact with Allstate to manage modify their insurance policies. As a former Product Designer, I coach other UX Designers on how to create great experiences while working within a Design System and in an agile environment. A recent brief stint in UX Operations has broadened my understanding of how to effectively design and manage a UX organization.Degrees in both Psychology and Marketing Communications provide me with a firm understanding of the scientific method, user behavior, and business strategy that I utilize while solving user problems and discovering solutions. My favorite part of being a part of the UX industry is starting with a problem and working toward a solution with the user and my teammates.Above all, I want to help people. I want anything I\'ve been a part of designing to help users have a good experience.
