I’ve spent my career advising some of the most powerful leaders in the country—from Cabinet Ministers and CEOs to high-stakes executive teams navigating complexity, conflict, and change. I know what it takes to hold power in rooms where every word, pause, and decision carries weight.Today, I work as an executive advisor and leadership strategist to senior women operating inside those same systems.Most of my clients are already seen as indispensable. They are the ones who fix the problems, hold the teams together, and quietly carry the emotional and strategic weight of the organization. They are respected for their competence—but not always positioned for real authority.That is the gap I work in.As a former Chief of Staff, I understand how power actually moves—where decisions are shaped, how influence is built, and why high-performing women are often kept in operational roles long after they are ready for strategic ones.My work helps senior women:Move from over-functioning to strategic leadershipShift from execution roles into decision-shaping positionsReposition themselves for C-suite, board, and public-facing authorityDismantle the invisible labour that keeps them stuckI advise chiefs of staff, vice presidents, senior directors, and board-ready executives across corporate, government, and policy environments.I am the co-founder of The Power Shift, a national series convening women shaping Canada’s most consequential decisions, and Our Time to Lead, an initiative advancing women’s political leadership. I also serve on the faculty of the Board Diversity Network, preparing senior executives for board service.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, psychology, and institutional power.It is not about confidence.It is about repositioning how women operate—and are seen—inside the systems they lead.
