When I was seven years old my dad took me to my first presidential political campaign. Sitting on my dad’s shoulders, listening to the candidate speak on his domestic and foreign agenda, opened up a world of politics and international affairs to me I had not known previously existed. In this new world, I discovered my passion for international relations, public policy, and the fight for justice.
