ABOUT EMILY ESHBACH

I believe in the power of people, purpose, and community. As a Marketing Coordinator at The MJ Companies and an Orr Fellow, I leverage my passion for storytelling and strategy to craft communication plans that connect, inspire, and engage. From crafting dynamic social media campaigns to driving alignment through clear and effective messaging, I focus on building meaningful connections that enhance engagement and strengthen organizational culture.Before joining MJ, I studied Philanthropic Leadership and Marketing at Indiana University Indianapolis, where I gained hands-on experience in internships and volunteer roles that helped me develop a purpose-driven approach to business. I am deeply inspired by the generosity of the Thomasson Family, whose support enabled me to graduate debt-free and focus fully on building a career that embodies service, empathy, and lasting impact.Outside of work, I find joy in creativity and connection. I run a small business designing custom calligraphy wedding invitations and art pieces, teach my retired therapy dog new tricks, and enjoy long walks with friends and live music. With plans to pursue an MBA, I aim to deepen my expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and explore innovative ways to bridge business success with community well-being.
