This role reflects Kappa Delta\'s focus on building a seamless confidence journey for collegiate and alumnae members.My responsibilities include- Training & Development Leadership - Oversee the Training & Development team, advancing strategy and innovation in volunteer and member programming, officer/advisor education, and skills-based learning- Member Experience Strategy - Shape and deliver programs that integrate our confidence platform and create modern, relevant, and engaging member experiences- Volunteer Lifecycle & Performance - Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for volunteers nationwide with trackable KPIs and ongoing coaching- Governance & Board Support - Manage corporate governance operations including national board and committee administration (DEI, Nominating, Bylaws)- Events & Conferences - Direct event design and execution for National Convention attendees), EMPOWER Academies, and other high-impact gatherings, managing multi-million-dollar budgets- Operational Excellence - Continue to oversee headquarters operations, archives/museum, alumnae engagement programs, and strategic initiatives to strengthen member connection and volunteer capacity.
