As Head of Business Development and Marketing at Shawn M. Dahlen & Co, a general contracting and landscape firm, I focus on marketing and social media while enhancing client relationships to give our customers the best all around experience. My extenisive finance background also enables me to contribute effectively to the operational and financial oversight.Beyond my work at Shawn M. Dahlen & Co, I have served on the Tomorrow’s Women TODAY Leadership Team as Director of Early Leader Programming since 2022. It has become a passion of mine to foster this growing community and provide dynamic events that inspire, empower, and deliver professional skills to early leaders as they grow into their personal and professional roles.I received my BS in Accounting from Fairfield University, MSA in Accounting from Northeastern University and obtained my CPA license in 2009. I live with my husband and two kids in Duxbury, MA and when not working can be found laughing on a boat or mountain.

Tomorrow’s Women TODAY is a not-for-profit organization that was founded to bring women together who have been identified as leaders in both the public and private sectors. By supporting and mentoring these women, we hope to strengthen their leadership and enrich the entire Boston business community. Inspired by The Massachusetts Women\'s Forum, our group features some of Boston\'s top emerging and executive female leaders.This role will focus on our Early Leaders (undergraduate, post-graduate and fellows) recruitment, programming and mentoring as the women grow into the Tomorrow\'s Women TODAY community.
