As a Carlson Crew TA, I mentor and support first-year and transfer students as they transition to university life in and out of the classroom through individual and small group meetings. I serve as a peer leader on College Day and as a teaching assistant in my assigned BA1021 - Design Your Life class section. By facilitating small group discussions, fostering community, and serving as a mentor and role model for these students, I am an instrumental part of the first-year experience.

ABOUT EMILY ELLETSON
I am a driven Junior pursuing my B.S.B in Marketing at Minnesota Carlson, minoring in Strategic Management. I am honored to have been accepted into the Carlson Brand Enterprise and will begin the program as an undergraduate marketing consultant in Fall 2026.Currently, I am a Content & Design Assistant and selected Poets & Quants for Undergraduates student columnist to represent Carlson. I work alongside the Communications Manager, to provide engaging and up-to-date information to undergraduate students and prospective students and families. Beyond work, I am actively involved as the President of Women\'s Volleyball League, Carlson Crew, Student Marketing Association, and Women in Business.
