My career began in financial services, where the chance to engage in a fast-paced global marketplace served as a tremendous springboard for learning. Since then, I\'ve gravitated towards opportunities where I see the potential for growth. I am especially interested in how innovative technology can transform the way learn, communicate and engage with each other. I embrace the unknown by asking \'why\' before \'how\'. I enjoy problem solving and building; taking something scrappy and adding structure and process to unlock potential. The introvert in me needs to carve out time for independent work and deep thinking. That said, solving problems in Strategy & Operations means collaborating cross-functionally, and I thrive when I am surrounded by curious and engaged stakeholders who challenge my perspective to advance our collective thinking, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done. It\'s far more gratifying (and possible!) to win together than go it alone.
