I am a dual-qualified compliance, data protection, regulatory, and commercial lawyer (UK and Australia) with more than two decades of cross-sector legal experience. Having worked in private, public and third-sector organisations, I have a wealth of multijurisdictional experience that includes complex infrastructure, transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution. As a trusted legal advisor, I understand ethical, commercial drivers, future technology challenges and delicate balance in maximising opportunities and protecting interests. I am also a global privacy and data protection specialist, with a particular interest in technology, our evolving digital world, and issues of regulation and consumer protection.
