Lead implementation of the PACE program model, incorporating Tiered services (Rapid Employment, Skills Enhancement, Intensive Support) and hybrid service delivery.• Ensure compliance with all HRA regulations and performance benchmarks, including timely reassessments, service plan updates, and client tier transitions.• Manage and monitor program goals and outcomes across all service areas including orientation, assessment, career services, education, retention, and supportive services.• Direct the integration of service coordination strategies that meet client needs, including connections to community resources, mental health services, and legal supports.• Supervise and support a cross-functional leadership team including 12 Managers and 1 Deputy Director • Foster a high-performance culture centered on staff development, accountability, and innovation and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of all program personnel.• Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits and monitoring visits.• Work with finance team to monitor budget, ensure appropriate allocation of resources, and oversee approval of expenditures.• Represent the PACE program with HRA, community partners, and employer stakeholders.
