As an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, I\'m responsible for- Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process from multi-channel candidate sourcing to hiring for Accounting, Finance, Development, Technology/IT, Sales, Property Management, Leasing, Human Resources (HR), Data and Analytics, Marketing, Communications, etc- Create and execute the University Internship Program and campus recruitment initiatives, including the design and delivery of partnership opportunities with key institutions (UBC, SFU, KPU, Langara, UVIC, etc.)- Deliver an excellent candidate experience to all applicants at every step in the interview process- Partner with the leadership team to plan for short term and long term hiring needs- Design creative recruitment programs and strategies to reach the workforce in the market- Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the Human Resources team- Monitor and leverage agency recruitment partners to fill unique positions within the organization- Create and implement new initiatives to enhance the overall employer brand reputation- Participate in and facilitate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires. Technologies include: ICIMS (ATS), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
