As the Global Service Manager at AES, I lead complex service operations and cross-functional projects that support all of our OEM equipment worldwide. From installation and maintenance to emergency support and cloud-based ticketing, I ensure seamless service delivery while optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction. With over a decade of experience in service and project management, I specialize in orchestrating large-scale initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and aligning teams toward common goals- especially in fast-paced environments with heavy regulatory conpliance. I have successfully: Led global service expansions, implementing scalable support structures for some of the world’s largest CDMOs. Overseen the successful installation, testing, and delivery of over 100 bioreactors in 11 different countries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Managed end-to-end project execution for over $5 million in biotech and OEM service projects, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery. Developed performance-driven teams, coaching field service engineers across six different countries to achieve high CSAT scores and operational KPIs.
