As a Special Events Manager at Breakwater Hospitality Group, I plan and execute memorable and successful events for a variety of clients, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. I work with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and budget compliance. I also leverage my communication and problem-solving skills to handle any challenges or issues that may arise during the events. Besides events, I also have a passion for property management, which I developed through my experience as an Airbnb Property Manager and an Owner Liaison at Magical Vacation Homes. I manage my own property as well as several others, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and style. I also communicate with the owners and the guests, providing them with support and guidance. Thanks to my efforts, I have achieved the Super Host status on Airbnb and received positive feedback from both owners and guests. I graduated from Florida International University with a BS in Hospitality Management in 2021, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of the hospitality industry. I also obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, such as Critical Thinking, Solving Business Problems, and Developing Your Leadership Philosophy, to enhance my professional skills and knowledge. I am always eager to learn new things and grow as a hospitality professional.
