My work focuses on bringing a user experience lens to data visualisation—so many dashboards and charts are created to merely display data rather than to help people to make decisions or take action based on that information—it is my role to change that. I lead the information design capability within Accenture— consulting on client projects, supporting a team of designers, and creating and delivering training on effective data visualisation and storytelling to colleagues and clients. It\'s really important to me to work in a supportive team, so I actively contribute towards that in a number of ways. I am co-lead of a mental health initiative within Mudano, I am a mental health first aider, and I work closely with the diversity and inclusion, and people and culture initiatives.
