   I have managed Content Designers across several teams: Consumer Foundations, Partnerships & Payments, Core (Design Systems), Studio and Enterprise. Engaging with teams all across the company has given me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities for Content Design to add business value while meeting user needs. As a manager, I have contributed to our overall product strategy, coached ICs tackling hard problems, given and received feedback, and helped grow the team and demonstrate our cultural values. Here are a few representative initiatives from my teams- Ensure that Netflix members all over the world understand their payment and subscription options and can use Netflix in the way that\'s right for them- Scale best practices across an ecosystem of creator-focused tools, by creating standards, guidelines and frameworks to guide Content Design decisions in b2b space- Establish principles for managing member communication and profile settings, working alongside identity & security teams to help members control their account.
