About Emily Ann Toledo

With over a decade of experience as a director in various non-profit and workforce development organizations, I have developed strong competencies in project management, customer service, and business development. I have led and supported multiple initiatives that enhanced the quality of life and economic opportunities for diverse communities in northern Indiana.Most recently, I served as the Director of Strategic Support at Northern Indiana Workforce Board, where I collaborated with regional partners, employers, and stakeholders to align workforce and education programs with the local labor market needs. I also managed the budget, contracts, grants, and reporting for the organization. Previously, I was the Director of Community Outreach at Church Community Services, where I oversaw the hybrid delivery of various services, such as food assistance, financial coaching, and social enterprise. In both roles, I leveraged my bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and achieve the highest outcomes. I am passionate about learning and helping people grow, and I seek to apply my skills and expertise to a new challenge in the non-profit or workforce development sector.
