Manage overall status and deliverables for the BEES LIFT Product for the Anheuser-Busch Program at Rightpoint Commerce. Project delivery requires working with 1-3 external vendors to provide status updates during reoccurring project meetings. • Manage a team of 10-12 internal development and quality assurance resources across two teams. • Work with Global teams in North, Central and South Americas as well as South Africa. • Contribute to roadmap decisions by identifying technical challenges, risk assessment and dependencies. • Ensure project roadmap and scope is well documented in the Jira dashboard and managed properly. • Use Confluence to document Sprint Goals and updates, Release Summaries, High-Level Requirements and Product processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of sprint and removing impediments.• Discuss and prioritize issues with the team and provide help/support to the project team as required.• Communicate risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.• Prepare and facilitate team meetings with multiple different vendors and internal teams during the Sprint.• Communicate project status internally and manage communication between the Local and Global BEES team, and the various vendors.
