After working on searches for many years with my consulting partner Julie Edsforth, we founded Clover Search Works with a third partner Mary Ellen Cunningham so we could both expand and refine that part of our work. Leadership transitions are a critical moment in the life of a nonprofit – presenting risks and challenges as well as exciting opportunities for an organization’s future.
