Work with various teams across the organization to write proposals for U.S. Department of Education grant competitions that support the organization\'s mission to strengthen K-12 school systems, support effective teachers, and increase opportunity for all students. In 2021, I wrote a winning Teacher & School Leader grant program narrative, resulting in ~$8 million awarded to a high-need school partner school district and to TNTP. In this role I support a variety of writing projects including copyediting grant proposals and reports, and writing proposals in response to RFPs.
