I have gained experience within operations, HR and risk management during my time with LV and have obtained qualifications with the CII and CIPD to support the work I have undertaken and my progression through the organisation.Moving into a risk role in 2017 within the LV Financial Advice Service allowed me to gain valuable risk management experience supporting the Governance Manager in overseeing the governance and T&C Frameworks supporting the business processes and controls.In 2020, I became Partner Conduct Manager to provide risk and governance oversight to the distribution and advice businesses within the Savings and Retirement business. In 2022 this broadened to include Protection distribution and I am responsible for the development and implementation of effective distributor risk management supporting business delivery of good customer outcomes.I gained the Institute of Risk Management Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management in 2021.
