   Manage a 6-person team responsible for learning & development, onboarding, and recruiting- Responsible for designing and offering a wide array of employee development tools and experiences to support company goals and support a growth culture- Part of a focused team responsible for designing and launching a new corporate-wide Leadership Development Program. Sole trainer responsible for program education of EIS management worldwide. Independently developed and launched a 1-day leadership program for non-management staff including on-site and web-based offerings- Facilitate group trainings on a myriad of competency and essential skills including talent development, strategic thinking, communication, psychological safety, performance management, emotional intelligence, conflict management, project management, presentation skills, & more- Worked with corporate-level resources to launch the SuccessFactors Learning Management System for employees worldwide.
