I am a Trainee Solicitor working within the Private Capital team at Clarke Willmott in Taunton, Somerset and will be qualifying into the Probate team. I am currently gaining experience within the Lifetime team which includes the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Partnership Agreements as well as assisting with Inheritance Tax planning. I have previous experience in Court of Protection matters, assisting with the management of the financial affairs of protected parties that had suffered a brain injury.
