ABOUT EMILY WALKER

I am an accomplished Delivery Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the change and delivery domain. Throughout my career, I have held various roles in the PMO, project and programme delivery, and leading agile squads, driven by my passion and ambition.My expertise extends to forming and leading diverse teams on a global scale. From delivering co-branded credit cards to overseeing Office 365 global rollouts, as well as enhancing app and web experiences.I firmly believe in empowering teams to drive change, cultivating an authentically caring, energetic, and positive team atmosphere. By setting clear objectives, accountabilities, and providing direction, I foster an environment that enables teams to thrive. I am well-versed in Waterfall (Prince 2) and Agile (Scrum alliance) methodologies, and have honed my skills through Agile coaching training, allowing me to share my passion for driving effective change.With a degree in Ergonomics from Loughborough University, I am deeply committed to placing users at the core of design and decision-making. Whilst my positive, adaptive, and collaborative approach enables me to seamlessly collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, while also embracing creative problem-solving when faced with challenges.I thrive on challenges and find immense satisfaction in working with people, leading teams, and turning ideas into reality.
