   The Nike Business Operations and Enablement team exists to design and implement the processes behind the technology innovation within the Global Technology org. As a critical member of this lean team, I specialize in system maintenance and data analytics with the goal to accurately capture relevant data and share the story of Nike\'s future. The role is determined by three layers of responsibility: resource management, operational communications, and process excellence. This can include (but is not limited to): dashboard management, handling new hire requests, managing attrition, delivering flawless labor reporting, tracking all hardware assets, and calculating the org\'s labor economics.
