I grew up in Green Bay, WI, and I was always taught the importance of building and maintaining relationships. I think it comes from growing up with a big, close-knit family. My family really emphasized the importance of leaving a positive impression on everyone you meet. This mentality translates into my professional career as a recruiter – no matter the circumstances, I always aim to positively impact my candidates and clients as they navigate the job market. To me, one of the biggest differentiators of being a good recruiter is the ability to really listen to what your candidates and clients are telling you. It is my ultimate goal to help others be successful, so I take the time to listen beyond surface-level needs.
