My experience spans across numerous types of policies, including primary and excess professional liability, commercial general liability, and personal lines. Specifically, my practice involves handling professional liability claims from inception through trial in areas such as derivative actions, regulatory investigations and proceedings, legal malpractice litigation and class action lawsuits. I also handle disputes regarding construction defect, products liability and environmental claims. I have served as monitoring and appellate counsel during trial of catastrophic personal injury suits to analyze cases from liability, coverage and appellate perspectives and have extensive experience counseling insurers regarding the handling of bad faith claims.
