As the founder of People’s Admin, I specialise in streamlining administrative tasks and providing HR support to help businesses thrive. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of day-to-day operations, allowing organisations to focus on growth and innovation.With over ten years of experience in operations and human resources management, I have previously held positions such as COO and Head of Operations, Financial Control and Human Resources. I hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification and am currently working towards my Level 5 CIPD qualification. I am proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Xero and Microsoft Office.I thrive under pressure, communicate effectively with team members and customers, and learn new skills quickly and flexibly. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment, implementing employee benefits and performance reviews, and organising team events. I am conscientious, tenacious, and enthusiastic about my work and my company\'s mission.
