With over eighteen years of experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and net profits.I hold an MBA from Concordia University Texas, where I also graduated with a double major in English and Psychology. I am certified by the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals and the Certified Insurance Counselor program, and I have a Texas Insurance License for Property & Casualty, Health & Life, and Surplus Lines. I am passionate about delivering quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the automotive and financial institution markets, and I am always looking for new opportunities to grow and innovate First Group in this dynamic and competitive field.
